Important notice
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering goods from www.seeland.com.

These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website. The Terms may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or in relevant laws and regulations) and therefore we ask you to accept the Terms every time you shop with us. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of the Website, any reference of “us” or “we” means seeland.com

If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, you cannot order or purchase goods on the Website.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 90 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Read more below under "Right of cancellation".

The rules on defects in the Sale of Goods Act (Danish) apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory guarantees for the contractual conformity of the goods.

How to order
The online shop is open 24 hours a day but may be closed for maintenance. We strive, as far as possible, to carry out such maintenance during night-time hours.

An order placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the Website and have a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years old, you must have a legal basis to enter into a contract with us.

We can only fulfil your order if the delivery address is an address in one of the countries on the "We ship to" list. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract of purchase in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

- Your payment details are not correct or cannot be verified.

- Your order is placed with the intent to commit fraud, etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offence or other illegal activity.

- We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years old.

Agreements can only be concluded via the Website. We do not process orders placed by e-mail, letter or fax.

At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?

Before placing your order, you have the possibility to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice details or payment details. You also have the option to change the items or remove items from your shopping basket.

When you click "proceed to payment", a receipt will appear on your screen. From that point on, you are bound by the purchase agreement. Please read more under Right of cancellation.

Please contact our Sales Support if you made a mistake when placing your order - they are ready to help you.

You will receive an order confirmation in an email.

After the conclusion of the contract, the rules on cancellation apply, see below.


How to pay
Payment can be made using the following payment methods:
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, UnionPay, Discover, JCB.
Others: BACS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Paysafecard.

When paying by BACS Direct Debit, Visa, and MasterCard, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we charge or decline the payment.
The amount will be debited when the goods are dispatched.

If several items have been ordered in one order and one or more of the items cannot be delivered immediately, we will only debit the payment for that item or those items when the goods are dispatched.

Delivery service
We offer delivery to addresses in the UK. Please visit our international website for delivery to other locations.

We offer the following delivery methods:

- DHL Express: The goods will be delivered 1 to 2 working days after your order.

- We also offer the delivery method "Click and Collect" at selected retailers. See more at www.seeland.com/en-gb/store-finder


Freight rates
We offer free shipping if the free shipping limit has been reached. This may vary, but is currently (updated 06.03.2023) £29.


Current delivery prices as of today (Updated 06.03.2023) with DHL Express are:

Delivery terms and conditions

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order. We only deliver to private and business addresses - not to PO boxes.

Your item will be delivered during the weekdays Monday to Friday. See also: https://www.seeland.com/en-gb/shipping


The goods must be signed for on receipt. It does not necessarily have to be you who signs for the goods. Persons at the delivery address (e.g., a family member, friend, receptionist, etc.) can sign for the goods with binding effect for you.

For private deliveries, our carrier will make at least one delivery attempt. At the delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a receipt informing you of the details of any self-collection option. The carrier will typically keep the item for up to 14 days before returning it to us as undelivered. Please note that our carrier may also deliver the item to your neighbour if you have agreed to this and if circumstances allow for it.

Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to accept the goods. If you wish to complain about any defects, you must inform us, see "Complaints".


Separate deliveries

If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of ordering. You will be informed that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged extra delivery costs for separate deliveries.

Track your order and see the history

On the order confirmation, i.e., the email where Outfit International A/S confirms receipt of the purchase offer, you can click on the link in the centre to click on the Track & Trace number and follow the shipment of the package on the DHL website. See further information under the "Delivery" section above.


Right of cancellation
You can cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 90 days.

The cancellation period expires 90 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not including the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the withdrawal period starts from the day you take physical possession of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

If you have bought several items in one order, you can choose to cancel some or all of them. If you have bought several items in one order and you only cancel part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.

How to cancel

If you want to cancel the purchase of an item, you must do so without undue delay.

You cannot cancel by refusing to accept the goods or by failing to collect them without giving notice of cancellation.

You comply with the withdrawal period if you send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no charges of any kind will be imposed on you as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Right of return
We offer a 90-day right of return. The right of return is conditional on the goods being returned to us unused and undamaged.

The right of return does not affect your statutory right to cancel the purchase, as described above.

We will do our best to deal with your case as quickly as possible.

Returning the item and return costs
You must return all goods to Härkila in their original packaging in unused condition.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of an item due to handling of the item other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the item.
You should also make sure that the goods are properly packaged when you return them. You bear the risk of the parcel/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

We will cover the cost of returning the goods. Just remember to print the shipping label that will be issued to you immediately after our returns process - https://www.seeland.com/en-gb/returns

We recommend that you keep the postal receipt as proof that you have handed the parcel to the post/carrier.


Complaints - if there is something wrong with the item

According to the Sale of Goods Act (Danish), you have a 2-year warranty on the product.

If the item was purchased from one of our dealers, the complaint must be made as follows: Contact the dealer, if this is by e-mail, give a brief description of the error and take pictures of the error in as good a quality as possible and attach them to the e-mail together with a picture of the receipt.

If you want to complain about an item purchased in our webshop before 1/9-2022, you must contact Customer Service at webshop@seeland.com and otherwise follow the above procedure.

Other issues

Updating www.seeland.com
We do our best to update www.seeland.com and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the products are correct. However, spelling mistakes, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the products may occur and sometimes we discover that the price of a product is incorrectly stated.

Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the Conditions if the delay or failure to perform is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers for www.seeland.com are valid for 2 years. Any residual value can be redeemed for up to one year after the expiry of the gift voucher.

Personal data
We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our privacy policy, which explains how we use the personal data you provide us with in connection with the ordering procedure and your use of www.seeland.com in general.

Law and jurisdiction

Any agreement entered between us using these Terms and Conditions is governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
